Rackifier™ is available online only. We ship to all US States! We do not ship internationally.

** Due to increased shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii, we are no longer able to offer free shipping for AK/HI orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Average Shipping Time:
- We strive to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days
Order Processing
- We process orders Monday-Friday
- Some items may ship separately based on available stock and nearest warehouse location
- In-stock orders are normally dispatched from our warehouses within 24 hours
- Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be dispatched during peak periods
- An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as early as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct, valid shipping address when placing an order. Orders will be shipped directly to the unaltered address as provided. Rackifier does not provide refunds or reimbursements for products lost due to incorrect addresses. If you have provided an incorrect address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the shipping carrier it may be possible to redirect the shipment or ship out a replacement order after paying a reshipping fee.
